It contains a blend of electrolytes (magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium) in the form of glycerophosphates and citrates, as well as organic coconut water powder. Magnesium (100 mg, 27% RDA) contributes to normal muscle function and reduces fatigue. Vitamin C (90 mg, 113% RDA) contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
