Suggested use:

Adults: 1 capsule twice daily, morning and evening. Recommended to take for at least 3 months.
Children over 7 years: 1 capsule once daily, preferably in the evening.
Recommended to be taken over a period of at least 6 weeks. The capsule should be swallowed whole (without chewing or spilling the contents), drinking water. Best taken with a meal.
