Ingredients

MCT coconut oil, bovine gelatin, humectant: glycerol (plant-based), vitamin D (cholecalciferol from lanolin), vitamin K2 MK-7 (menaquinone-7).

Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule once daily with a meal.
