Ingredients

Anhydrous betaine (Trimethylglycine), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine).

Suggested use

Dissolve one serving (1 g) in 100-150 ml of water. Flexible dosing lets you adjust the amount to your individual needs; a beneficial effect on homocysteine metabolism is observed with a daily intake of 1.5 g of betaine.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. This product is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. The product may contain trace amounts of milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Storage

Store in a tightly closed container, at a temperature of 5-25 degrees Celsius, away from heat sources, moisture and direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening.
