The skin on the eyelids is among the thinnest and most sensitive areas of the face – it requires products that work effectively but gently. The two-phase formula combines an aqueous phase with an oil phase, allowing it to dissolve and remove both waterproof eye make-up and long-lasting lipsticks without the need for vigorous rubbing.

Directions for use:
