About the product

This bar from the Frupp Kids line was created with the youngest in mind. It is a freeze-dried apple and blueberry bar: apples make up 21% of the recipe and blueberries 10%, rounded out with concentrated fruit juices and fruit extracts, including carob fruit extract.

One bar is one serving and has 30 kcal. With 29 g of fibre per 100 g, the bar is high in fibre. Fat is only 0.6 g per 100 g, and the salt (0.02 g per 100 g) comes solely from naturally occurring sodium.
